Boy's Team Information
Tryouts and team placement for all travel players will take place on Monday, September 20th from 6:30-9:00 PM
Team placement for all practice only players will take place on Wednesday, September 22nd from 6:30-9:00 PM.
Please bring $15.00 when you attend tryouts or team placement - this is to cover insurance and fees.
In order to attend, you must register online prior to attending. The sooner you register the better as you will receive updates as we get closer to tryouts.
Travel teams may have the option to attend the Penn State tournament in February. There will be an additional cost for the tournament if the team and coaches decide to attend.

Tournament Schedule:
North Jersey Volleyball Club, LLC is committed to training young people in the physical and mental aspects of volleyball. This competitive athletic organization has been developed to enhance social development, teamwork abilities, self-discipline, time management skills, and self-motivation.
· No more than 14 athletes will be enrolled on a travel team.
· Coaches will be teaching volleyball skills based on the player’s experience level.
· Tournaments will be attend by the traveling teams.
· All travel players, in good standing with the club, will participate at tournaments.
North Jersey Volleyball Club practices one night a week during the season at the Nutley Abundant Life Worship Center in Nutley, N.J. The 2009-2010 boy’s teams consisted of players from Clifton, Don Bosco Prep, Fair Lawn, Wayne Valley, Rutherford, St. Peters Prep, Wayne Hills, Wallington, Bergen Catholic, and Westwood.
Costs
Fee: Practice and Tournament team $675. per player ($625. if you pay in one payment by the 2nd practice in cash)
Practice Only team $445. per player ($395. if you pay in one payment by the 2nd practice in cash)

If not taking the cash option, 1/3 of the team fee must be paid by Sept. 30, 1/3 by Nov. 30, and the final 1/3 by Dec. 31.
- All players receive over 50 hours of training
- Traveling team will attend five tournaments
- Travel players receive full uniform (jersey and shorts)
- Travel players - all tournament & league fees are paid by the club
- Practice only players receive club t-shirt
- All players invited to team party at conclusion of the season
Time Commitment
- The boy’s club season runs from September through February.
- Players are expected to attend all practices, tournaments, and clinics.
- Our teams practice once a week
- Tournaments take place on weekends and the team will attend five tournaments this season.
- Tournaments can be from twenty minutes away upto two hours driving distance.
- We DO NOT provide transportation to and from tournaments.
